Notification

## Important Dates ##

1. Submission of online application form 11.08.2017
2. Last date for Applying Online 11.09.2017
3. Date of Examination 05.11.2017

## New Changes ##

1. Aadhaar is Mandatory
2. Total Number of Questions in Paper 1 are 50 (all are compulsory)
3. Candidates Need to score 40% (35% for reserved categories) on overall three papers. Which means candidate require to score a minimum 140 (123 for reserved categories) out of 3 papers, to be considered for qualifying criteria (STEP 1)
4. Change in cut off criteria, it is 6% of total number of candidates appeared in exam
5. New formula to calculate number of JRF Slots
6. Increased Fees (Gen: 1000, OBC: 500, SC/ST/PwD: 250)
7. Pen will be provided by CBSE [reintroduced]





## No Changes ##

1. All there question papers will be in Objective Type (MCQ) only
2. No change in syllabus, syllabus includes all electives, without options
2. No negative marks
3. No change in exam timings
